Our Tribe Slouch Pouch is nature inspired, handmade from natural plant-based hessian material, Jute twine and is 100% biodegradable. The Tribe Slouch Pouch is designed as a deep pocket sack to hang seamlessly on the wall and at an angle to hold many small to medium bits and objects that you choose to put in it. It also has a natural jute tribal like fringe design on the front adding something extra to your pouch. We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order is shipped. To return your item please contact us at info@edieandbeau.com with your reason. Once we are contacted we can issue you with a returns code and address. Your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 14 days from when the returned item is received.
Please note: Bespoke items may only be returned if faulty. The condition of all sent items are recorded and filed before shipping. Therefore, all items must be returned to us in the original state in which they were sent out and match the condition recorded on our system. If there is a fault with the item when you receive it, please contact us at info@edieandbeau.com immediately so that we can assist you.
