We offer FREE UK Mainland shipping on all orders over £50.00. Standard UK delivery 5-10 working days will cost £4.95.
Please note: Shipping lead times may change during busier times of the year due to the nature of our handmade to order products. Separate delivery lead times will be given for all bespoke items before the order is processed.
Non-Mainland UK, European & Worldwide Shipping
We offer FREE European & Worldwide shipping on all orders over £200. European & Worldwide shipping lead times and costs to will vary according to where you are in the world. We will always aim to get you the best price so please do email us for your shipping cost before ordering at info@edieandbeau.com

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order is shipped. To return your item please contact us at info@edieandbeau.com with your reason. Once we are contacted we can issue you with a returns code and address. Your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 14 days from when the returned item is received.
Please note: Bespoke items may only be returned if faulty. The condition of all sent items are recorded and filed before shipping. Therefore, all items must be returned to us in the original state in which they were sent out and match the condition recorded on our system. If there is a fault with the item when you receive it, please contact us at info@edieandbeau.com immediately so that we can assist you.
